What drew me to coaching is simple. I was feeling down and out in myself and my path. I have always thought about doing life coaching for myself and this was the perfect time.
Throughout our time together, I felt supported, understood, and heard. What shifted for me was receiving insight on my strengths, the ones I already held and the ones I wasn’t sure I even had. I grew a reassurance in myself and my capabilities.
Speaking to Delilah weekly brought joy, insight, and vulnerability- a vulnerability that felt safe. I felt held in my thoughts and feelings. What stuck with me was how long I held limiting beliefs and the dialogue I held on to that didn’t serve me anymore. It never did, and I didn’t even know it was there until she provided me with thoughtful questions and conversations that brought this clarity out of me gently and intentionally.
If you are thinking of doing life coaching, I urge you to go ahead and do it. To work with Delilah was a complete pleasure. She’s thorough and really takes the time to listen and HEAR you. She understands the journey, the path, the way into you, and really takes and weaves something beautiful out of you. Plus, she makes doing the “work” a joyful (and sometimes tough in a good way!) experience.
It’s a beautiful and magical journey. I’d work with her forever if I could!
